The fourth Russia–China Regional Investment Development and Trade Cooperation Forum is scheduled for 8–10 November 2026 in Shenyang, Liaoning Province. The main venue is the Liaoning Friendship Hotel. The event is hosted by the People's Government of Liaoning Province and implemented by its Department of Commerce.
The programme focuses on bilateral investment, industrial cooperation, science and technology, cross-border e-commerce and logistics. Regional government representatives, business associations, manufacturers and research institutions are expected to take part. Activities include thematic discussions, investment presentations, B2B negotiations and a dedicated Siberia Day. Certain associated events may continue on 11 November.
Dongbei Alliance of Industry and Trade plans to participate. Companies can use the forum to identify investors, suppliers and buyers, present projects and discuss industrial localisation. Registration details should be confirmed through the official website.
