The 29th FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Show will take place at Shanghai New International Expo Centre from 10 to 12 November 2026.
Food and beverages, meat, seafood, dairy, confectionery, ingredients and food processing solutions are among FHC's exhibition categories. The event is organized by the Shanghai Restaurants Cuisine Association and Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets International Exhibition Co., Ltd.
It targets importers, distributors, retail chains, e-commerce businesses, hotels and catering companies. Russian producers can explore Chinese sales channels and discuss buyer requirements. Industry events and prearranged buyer–exhibitor meetings are also offered.
Visitors can register through the official website; overseas attendees are instructed to use email registration. Access to specialist business formats requires separate confirmation. Exhibition attendance does not replace checking the requirements for importing products.
