The Dongbei Alliance organises business trips of Russian companies to China and Chinese companies to Russia: the visit programme, meetings with companies, business associations and specialised organisations, negotiations and visits to production sites.
What it may include — depending on the client's task
- the mission programme and route, selection of companies and organisations to meet;
- business meetings, B2B negotiations, video conferences before the trip;
- preparation of materials and a negotiation agenda; if required — bilingual talking points and technical questions for meetings with company specialists;
- presentations of your company or project to partners;
- support for the delegation, interpreting and organisational support;
- technical visits to production sites; the visit content and meetings with specialists are agreed with the host;
- participation in forums and conferences;
- after the trip — meeting results and next steps.
When to contact us
We recommend about two months before the trip. Timing is agreed individually.
Cost
Calculated individually for each task. Reimbursement of the Alliance's expenses and third-party costs are paid separately.
